Product details
Model Number: Traction Motor-101
Brand Name: traction motor
Key Specifications/Special Features:
Product introductionZQDR-310 is a four-pole, force-ventilated series wound DC traction motor, which is designed for narrow-gauge diesel locomotive. Themotor has features of wide speed regulating range in constant power, good commutation and universality. It is the highest power traction motor used in narrow-gauge diesel locomotives in China. The magnet frame is welded with press-formed steel plates, the armature windings are made of Kapton film conductors and lie flat and crisscross in the slots, the ground insulating of armature windings uses NOMEX channel shape structure, the front end of armature is banded by fiberglass tape, the rear end of armature is banded by non-magnetic tin-plated wire, brush holder is reacting model, spring of brush holder is a spiral-type pressed spring. The motor uses high quality insulation material, VPI is applied in producing the stator and rotor. It is sure to be more reliable and durable and can replace GE761A19 Traction Motor.Specifications
